Q: Where are my garments shipped from?

A: We have both US fulfillment and China fulfillment. The garments manufactured in US can't be shipped to outside of US. If you want them to be shipped to ourside of US, we can fulfill your order in China and ship. 

 

Q: How do we know if the garment I selected is shipped from US or China?

A: It can be found on the item detail page.

Q: WHAT IS THE SIZING LIKE?

A: We use brand sizes. Sizing is true to size, materials will not shrink over time either. Before you order, we suggest you checking the size information on the item page.

 

Q: WHAT IS THE QUALITY LIKE?

A: We use the very good materials for our items. DTG and subliation are applied on our items. Sewed seams are hidden and professionally done.

 

Q: HOW DO I WASH AND CARE FOR UNCLEBOMB CLOTHING

A: We have wash & care instructions on all item pages. 

 

Q: HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

A: Your tracking number(s) will be provided to you by email once all of your items have been shipped. When receiving your tracking number(s), please allow up to 3-7 days for it to be activated in the shipping company's system. 

Q:How long will it take for my package to arrive?

A:Orders will be delivered within 5-10 business days after we ship.

 

Q: CAN I CANCEL AN ORDER?

A: Yes. Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of order placement. Send us an email within 24 hours and we will issue you a full refund. All refunds will be reflected in your account 24-48 hours after being issued.

 

We do not issue refunds once the order is in the PROCESS OF CREATION or SHIPMENT. However, if your order has arrived you may submit a return/refund request to our email: support@unclebomb.com and we will be there to guide you through this.
